Product descriptions, prices, availability, and quantities may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

Craft Blanks, Supplies, and Personalization Materials

Many products sold by Triple Squish Co. are blank craft supplies or materials intended for personalization.

Compatibility with laser engraving, heat transfer vinyl, adhesive vinyl, sublimation, adhesives, paints, tools, machines, or other personalization methods can vary by material and equipment.

Customers are responsible for testing appropriate settings, temperatures, pressures, adhesives, tools, and methods before full production. Triple Squish Co. is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect machine settings, excessive heat, improper use, incompatible equipment, or unsuccessful personalization attempts.

Unless specifically stated in the applicable product listing, we do not make claims that products are food-grade, teething-safe, medical-grade, child-safe, or certified for any specialized use.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Triple Squish Co. reserves the right to accept or decline an order for any lawful reason.

Your order is not considered accepted until payment has been processed and we confirm acceptance.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests.

These items may present choking, ingestion, pinching, or other hazards and should be kept away from babies, young children, pets, or anyone who may place small objects in their mouth unless the specific product is expressly represented as appropriate for that use.

Craft products, blanks, and supplies are intended to be used only in a manner consistent with the applicable product description and applicable safety instructions.

Purchasers who incorporate Triple Squish Co. products into finished goods are responsible for determining whether the resulting finished product complies with applicable laws, labeling requirements, testing requirements, safety standards, and intended-use restrictions.
